Your booking line, answered when your team can't.
An AI assistant answers booking calls after hours and when every line is busy. It takes the full trip request in English or Spanish and emails it to you.
Email us and we set up a live demo call with you. We reply within one business day.

Nothing is booked yet. Call the caller back to confirm the trip.
Example of the email format, from a test with made-up details.
The call you miss goes to the next company
A discharge planner calls at 7 pm with a stretcher trip for tomorrow. Nobody answers. She calls the next company on her list. A daughter calls on Sunday about dialysis rides for her father. She gets voicemail and keeps calling around.
How it works
- Your line forwards the call. Only after hours or when your team is busy. You set this at your phone company.
- The assistant takes the trip. Pickup, drop-off, time, mobility level, oxygen, weight, escort, payer and return ride. In English or Spanish.
- It reads the trip back. The caller hears every detail again before the call ends.
- You get the summary by email. Urgent calls go to your phone. If you do not answer, it takes a message and marks it urgent.
What it does not do
- It does not dispatch crews or enter trips in your dispatch software. Your team does that from the email.
- It does not confirm the trip. Your team calls the caller back to confirm.
- It does not quote prices or take payment.
- It does not take emergencies. Callers in an emergency are told to hang up and dial 911.
- It does not make outbound calls.
- It speaks English and Spanish only.

Safety rules
- Callers hear at the start that they are talking to an AI assistant.
- It does not take emergencies. Callers in an emergency are told to hang up and dial 911.
- Anything urgent or medical goes to a person on your team at once.
- We sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with you before your line goes live.
Includes 300 calls a month. Extra calls are $1.50 each.
Calls under 30 seconds are free. A call over 15 minutes counts as two.
You pay on the day your line goes live, not when you sign.
Full refund if you ask within the first 30 days.
After that it renews each month. Cancel any time by email. Service stops at the end of the month you are in.
Request a demoHow a pilot starts
- Request a demo. We set up a live demo call. You make up a trip and hear how the assistant handles it.
- A 20-minute call. You tell us your trip types, service area, hours and urgent-call number.
- We set up your assistant and send a pilot order. It lists the price, the go-live date and what data we handle. You test the line with your own calls.
- You turn on forwarding. Your line goes live and the 30 days start.

I spent seven years in ambulance and clinic work. I know what happens when the phone rings and nobody picks up.
